Details

Complete CRM software for Mac with integrated and communal contacts, calendars, email, and task/project/sales management. Accessible from iPhone for good mobile integration.

Extensions include email, billing, accounting, retail/inventory connections, etc. Daylite also llows for task delegation to anyone accessing the same Daylite database.

Support for TRO and GTD

  • NOT compatible with TRO
  • Compatible with GTD
Weak GTD support because Daylite limits users to a single Category or Location, either of which can be used as the GTD Context. Supports custom saved views, but with limited filtering options. (For example, you cannot filter to see all tasks without a Category, so it is excruciatingly painful to set up a view that correctly shows you your Inbox.)
