Why the blog?
My name is Jason Crenshaw. I am the Technical Suppport Manager for Priacta Inc. In my job I see a lot of technical issues that just aren’t properly answered on the internet. As good as Google is it just can’t tell you how to fix your GMail account when it blows up.
Every day I will take something that I have learned in my job and give detailed instructions on how to fix/do something. Comments are welcome.
