Relenta is an impressive system that integrates CRM, email, tasks, calendar, and business processes (email campaigns) in a single system. Multi-user support is included. While it does not quite support GTD yet because you cannot collect tasks to an unprocessed tasks list or Inbox, it has tremendous promise.
We expect full GTD and TRO support to be forthcoming quite soon, so this is worth looking at right now.
