Our take:

Zenbe definitely looks cool, but it won't really do a Contextual Productivity System like GTD, which requires tagging (contexts).

Zenbe (either online or iPhone) will let you create a separate list for each context, but then you cannot specify sublists, and you can only specify one context per item. Changing contexts requires moving the item from one list to another, not possible from what we could see. For this reason, we've had to relegate it to the Non-GTD-Compliant section of our Researched GTD Software Comparison Table.
