Online Task List (or Onlinetasklist.com) is a task manager for individuals or teams. It supports some collaboration functionality (Read, Add, Assign, Track). Tasks can be emailed to individuals in the group.

Online Task List allows list views to be sorted by Due Date and displays the highest priority items in bold. These two features are useful for TRO or TWC. However, Online Task List only allows a single category to be assigned to a task at a time, so TRO usability is limited to simple task lists.

OTL's "Project" support is different than the GTD definition of "projects"--each "project" is a group of people that can access a collection of tasks. A task can belong to one "project" at a time.
