GTDagenda is a new and promising online system that combines top-down goals focusing with GTD task management and includes niceties like checklists and schedules for repeating tasks and daily routines. Early feature development is still underway.

Things to be aware of: In the free version at least, as of 6/17/08, tasks can be linked into the "calendar", but the calendar does not really support appointments as far as I can  tell. Instead, is is really a grouped view of tasks. For this reason, we don't list this product as having the "dual view" functionality for tasks (tasks appear both in tasks lists and in the calendar when designated).

See the attached spreadsheet for original review details.

I use the paid version, and am able to attach notes to tasks.  Don't know if that's a recent addition available at all levels, or if it's a paid extra.  I highly recommend this resource, especially for its mobile capabilities.

I checked this, I see the same thing in the free version. Either we missed it in the review, or it has been added since. I am correcting this now.

Thanks for pointing this out! We scan these software titles daily for changes, but some providers don't make the scan easy for us, so sometimes we miss things like this. Your help in keeping the list current is invaluable.

I can't find any way to search my GTDagenda tasks.

The true test of these systems is how they do when they are FULL.  I often find myself repeating a task, etc. Important to be able to find what you've already put into the system.

Good point. This very basic but important functionality (search) has been added to our master list of features to track. Thanks.
