Daylite is a Mac CRM solution with robust sync and 3rd party integration. Can manage tasks using a GTD methodology.

A promising product, its GTD support is a weak mostly because it limits users to a single Category or Location, either of which can be used as the GTD Context. Custom saved views are supported as well, but the range of filtering options is limited. For example you cannot filter to see all tasks without a Context, so it is hard to set up a view that correctly shows you your Inbox. (You would have to create a view that filters out all know contexts. If you add a context, you'll have to update the filter.)
