Thanks for recommending this title. Here is our assessment. (Thanks to the folks at 5pm for answering questions that came up in the review process).

5pm is a very usable online project management system with a pleasant feel, but it has awkward GTD context support at the moment (requires you to create "Users" that are really contexts, then assign those contexts to Task Teams to categorize tasks. However, once that is done, filtering by context is very easy.

The interface is very "glance-able" and practical--everything within a click or two. Customizable views. Timeline view of projects and tasks may be quite helpful.
