I have just spent 2 hours exploring this program and I understand 100% how this program works and have even put some project and actions into the system.

    After you install it, just:
    - watch what is on the screen and do what it says first
    - when you cannot see the overview anymore, just navigate your way through the menu items, starting with "Setup"
    - add your thoughts and keep going down the top menu to the right

If you have read the book, you know how to work this system. Very simple with this software!!!

ThinkingRock gives you everything David Allen has mentioned. And the developers have put so much attention to detail. They even thought of having a mechanism for converting a "Thought" (stuff) into a Project.

This is a program that they could stop developing today and I would be happy for a long time. (Well, maybe integration with phones would be nice)

Thank your for suggesting it here.

    Dirk

This has to be the most straight-arrow down the line implementation of GTD that there is. I love the colouring abilities it has, the lack of which severely hampers most web-based apps.
But. It's a Java app, which means it looks bad and will probably have problems on some Windows machines. And there's no web-based or phone-based component, which means that you have to tote the database round between different machines, and really heavily rely on the PocketMod printout. Which nice as it is doesn't quite cut it.

Howdy, Stranger!
