Registration problems

I bought a key and added it and now the Trog Bar appears, says it Initializing, then says its logging into Outlook, and then just disappears. No sign ot it in Outlook or anywhere else. I have tried rebooting, repairing it, and uninstalling it and then reinstalling it, all to no avail. Any advice will be gratefully received.
