The Outlook issue is frustrating, and as near as we have been able to determine, entirely inside Outlook. We HAVE observed Outlook occasionally not closing when Trog closes, but we can also observe the same behavior on computers where Trog has never been run. It is unclear whether or not Trog makes this more frequent. It appears that Outlook will sometimes decide that nobody should have the right to terminate it, so it just sits in memory even after all  pparent reason for it is gone. We don't know what causes this yet, but it seems to be an issue more frequently if Outlook places itself in the system tray (for example, when an email comes in.)
