I just joined and want to start my new training. The first step is to select your tools (tasklist, mail, etc.). I get an error message saying I need to select my tasklist, even though I've tried selecting quite a few of them. I just paid my $200+ and can't get past step #1 - help!

Does it work if you use IE9, Firefox, or Chrome?

Update: I had a client call me on the phone, distressed, as she was having this problem. The culprit was a very old version of Internet Explorer. I connected to her computer and installed Chrome. The problem went away.
She also switched her default browser to Chrome after watching it load just two pages. ;)
