We want to deliver awe-inpsiring support, getting you answers fast. However, interrupting your workflow by reaching for for that phone may not be a good idea. Check out these faster options first.

    Software questions, feature requests, and bug reports all get posted to the forum. We make our developers and coaches hang out here often, so you get good answers fairly fast. Plus, the answers help everybody else.

  • Email

    Is your question still unanswered? Email the support team. It's no faster than the support forum, but it is more private.

  • Phone

    Phone support is available. However, telephone calls are interruptions and chew up your time more quickly than checking the forum or sending an email. Plus, email/forum support lets you work on something else while we work out a solution for you. However, do call us if you still need phone support.
