Priacta Crash Reporter

In the unfortunate event that Trog isn't feeling well, The doctor is IN. The Priacta Crash Reporter pops up and automatically asks you for details. It then sends us the report by email if you authorize it. You can see exactly what files are being sent and what they contain. Your report will be treated as confidential.

These reports go directly to Priacta Support and get top priority. Please tell us all the intricate, gruesome details. And while we're on the subject, what we're you doing just before Trog crashed? (Not that we're blaming you. It just really, really helps us figure out what went wrong if we have that information. Our goal is a 100% bulletproof product.)

Sending the Report Manually

The crash report is delivered via regular email, and sometimes it doesn't send properly the first time. In this case, a Windows folder may open up on your screen. You'll see the Trog Bar program and other files. Click "Priacta Crash Reporter.exe" and the report will be sent automatically.

If the folder doesn't open on your screen automatically, or if you're not sure the report sent successfully, you can always run the crash reporter manually. Browse to the folder where you installed the Trog Bar (usually C:\Program Files\Priacta\Trog Bar). Open the folder and look for "Priacta Crash Reporter.exe". Run it. Your report is still intact and ready to send! (In rare situations, it may even be necessary to reboot your system before the report will send.)
